Agreement to Terms

Orders and Payment
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Order Confirmation: Once you complete an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is simply acknowledgment that we have received it.
Pricing and Taxes: All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at time of purchase.
Payment Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including merchandise, shipping, and taxes) to your payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Carriers: We ship via reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Tracking information will be provided via email when your order ships.
International Orders: International shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We cannot predict or control these charges.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds

In summary: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission. Merchandise purchased from us is for personal use only—resale is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conner Brooke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Conner Brooke is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.
