Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Conner Brooke merchandise purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • 30-day return window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unwashed: Merchandise must be in original, unused condition
  • Tags attached: All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund. Final determination is made upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items on final sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without tags or in damaged packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Refund Process

To initiate a return and refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email info@connerbrooke.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive instructions: We'll provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions
  3. Ship your return: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria
  5. Refund processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Note: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Size or style swaps: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at info@connerbrooke.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The exchange process follows the same eligibility criteria as refunds (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

  • Report within 7 days: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos: Send photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Full refund or replacement: We'll provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you
  • Free return shipping: We'll cover the cost of return shipping for defective items

Email: info@connerbrooke.com with "Damaged Item" in the subject line for fastest processing.

Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for standard returns. Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Original shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (you'll be refunded the merchandise cost only).

Damaged/defective items: If your item is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again (it may take processing time)
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (there may be a delay before the refund is posted)
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@connerbrooke.com

Order Cancellations

Before shipping: If you need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@connerbrooke.com. We'll do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

After shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You'll need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.
